How Direct Entry works

We've created a straightforward, end-to-end process to help you get the most from your international mailings.

Step 1 We agree your requirements in terms of type of mail item, weight, delivery times, target markets, response mechanisms and measurement criteria.

Step 2 We negotiate with the appropriate post offices and our distribution partners to deliver a mailing strategy and budget for your campaign.

Step 3 We create an in-depth plan that demonstrates how we will execute on your mailing and gives you a basis for measuring our effectiveness.

Step 4 We provide the correct local PPIs for each target country. Where requested, we establish and manage a local mailing address for your Business Reply Envelopes.

Step 5 We help design the mail pieces so that they are properly 'localised' for their target market. Where appropriate, we will get sign off from the local post office on the mailing format.

Step 6 We will pick up from your distribution point or mailing house and manage the distribution process into the correct local sorting offices.

Step 7 We request confirmation - of mailing dates as well as item and weight counts - from each post office receiving consignments. This ensures that each mailing is despatched and delivered within agreed limits.

Step 8 We will deal with all undeliverable mail and provide you with reports on the items that have been returned, free of charge. When requested, we can manage all your responses. We'll deliver a Business Response Report to ensure you make the most of your campaign.
